A family business that puts quality first
Soriphar is the own brand of Soria Bel, a Belgian family business that has been active in phytotherapy since 1990.
Since 2000, we have been producing our products ourselves in Ichtegem, Belgium. By developing and producing our products in-house, we keep the entire process firmly in hand: from the selection of raw materials to the finished product.
At Soriphar, we combine phytotherapy with orthomolecular nutrition. We deliberately work with synergistic formulas in which different ingredients complement one another. This means we don't just look at a single ingredient, but at the formula as a whole and at the various processes in the body we aim to support.
We choose high-quality raw materials, standardised extracts and ingredients for which scientific data is available. The dosage, absorption and combination of different substances also play an important role for us.

Soriphar has evolved considerably over the years, but its foundation has remained the same.
We develop and produce products we stand behind, with attention to quality, composition and production.
Thanks to our experience with plants, our own production and our knowledge of food supplements, we create formulas that are carefully put together and fit within a healthy lifestyle.
Our own production in Belgium
Soriphar products are manufactured at our own production site in Ichtegem.
This allows us to monitor the production process ourselves and to make quick adjustments where needed. Raw materials are checked on arrival, and every production run is followed from start to finish.
For us, our own production means above all: knowing what we make and keeping control over what ultimately reaches the consumer.
Scientifically substantiated
When developing new products, we don't only start from traditional plant knowledge, we also look at the available scientific literature.
Wherever possible, we use standardised plant extracts and ingredients that have been researched.
We also pay close attention to dosage. Simply putting an ingredient on a label is not enough. The amount used, the quality of the raw material and the combination with other ingredients all help determine the strength of a formula.
Exclusive technologies
Besides the choice of ingredients, we also consider the way they are processed to be important.
In several products, we work with cyclodextrins. These molecules can encapsulate certain active substances, helping to support their solubility and absorption.
We also use alcohol-free plant extracts. This allows us to offer concentrated plant extracts without alcohol as a carrier in the final product.
For us, this is a logical extension of phytotherapy: combining traditional plant knowledge with modern production techniques.
