What is it?

A care plan is a personalised digital recommendation for your patient. It combines supplements, notes, documents, and instructions into one clear and structured plan. The patient receives it by email and can place the order themselves, or you can handle the ordering for them.

All you need is the patient’s email and at least one product. You can add private or visible notes, attach documents (e.g. lab results or reports), and include products based on a protocol, questionnaire results, or manual selection using search and comparison tools.

You can share the care plan via email, generate a separate link, or download it as a PDF. For each product, you can optionally attach a leave-behind supplement sheet.
