SUPPLENTIA - General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Application and Enforceability
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTCS") govern the contractual relationship between NF Nutraceuticals BV, a company duly incorporated and existing under Dutch law, with its registered office at Smederijstraat 2, 4814 DB Breda, Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Maastricht under number 14111608 (hereinafter "NF Nutraceuticals" or "Supplentia" or "we"), and its customers (hereinafter the "Customers" or "you"). NF Nutraceuticals and the Customers may also be collectively referred to as the "Parties". The term "Website" refers to any website within the Supplentia domain.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to:
- Define the conditions under which Customers can order dietary supplements, vitamins, and related products (hereinafter "dietary supplements") via our store.
- Define the respective rights and obligations of the Parties within the framework of their contractual relationship.
NF Nutraceuticals is solely bound by the provisions of these GTCS and the general terms of use (GTU).
The application of any other terms is excluded.
These GTCS are intended for natural persons aged 18 or older, as well as any legal entity authorized to enter into a contract. Natural persons under 18 must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to be bound by these GTCS and the rights and obligations set forth herein.
Each time you wish to place an order, you must confirm that you have read and accepted these GTCS by checking the designated box. This acceptance is irrevocable and unconditional.
NF Nutraceuticals reserves the right to modify these GTCS from time to time. In such cases, we will inform you through one of the following channels:
- Either by actively posting a message on the homepage of the Website or by email;
- Or by updating the date of the last modification at the top of these GTCS.
The changes made are effective immediately, unless otherwise specified.
If you have any questions, comments, or complaints regarding these GTCS, you can contact NF Nutraceuticals directly via info@supplentia.com.
We recommend that you read these GTCS carefully before using our Website and/or placing an order.
Your Account
To place an order with Supplentia, you must create a personal account (the "Account") on our Website.
When creating your account, you will be asked to provide your identification details (first and last name, billing address, delivery address, phone number, and email address) and to choose a password. This information is required to create your account.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information and must update it as necessary through your personal profile on the Website (hereinafter "My Account").
You guarantee that the information you provide when creating your account and placing an order is accurate, complete, and current, and you agree to keep it up to date. You also guarantee that this information is truthful and not misleading. In particular, you confirm that you will not impersonate another natural or legal person to create an account or place an order on the Website.
Your username (email address) and password are strictly personal. It is prohibited to impersonate another person or entity when creating your account.
You must also ensure the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use by a third party, you must immediately notify NF Nutraceuticals via info@supplentia.com. NF Nutraceuticals reserves the right to take all necessary measures to prevent misuse.
Store
Through our store, you can access all dietary supplements offered, along with their product information sheets.
We recommend reviewing the characteristics of the products you intend to purchase carefully before placing an order.
The images and descriptions of the dietary supplements published on the Website are for illustration purposes only. NF Nutraceuticals strives to present the dietary supplements as accurately and completely as possible but cannot be held liable in case of inaccuracies. Always refer to the original packaging of a dietary supplement before use.
For each order, you must confirm your agreement with the current GTCS. These can be consulted via the hyperlink below the order button.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation on the Website and by email, including an overview of the order, the price, the billing address, the shipping address, and the selected payment method.
Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified — neither in terms of content nor billing address, shipping address, or payment method.
Price and Payment
The prices of dietary supplements and services are those displayed on the Website and in the store at the time the order is placed.
All prices are subject to printing and input errors. NF Nutraceuticals takes all reasonable measures to display correct prices, but it is possible that some products are incorrectly priced.
If NF Nutraceuticals identifies a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the corrected price or to cancel the order.
Your order will only be processed once we receive your instructions. If we are unable to reach you via the contact details you provided, we will cancel the order and inform you in writing.
If the pricing error was clear and obvious, and you could reasonably have identified it, NF Nutraceuticals is not obligated to supply the supplements at the incorrect (lower) price.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (such as VAT and other applicable duties). Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated. Any applicable delivery charges will be indicated (i) before confirming the order and (ii) in the shipping confirmation.
NF Nutraceuticals reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, new prices will not apply to already confirmed orders unless legally required.
The total price must be paid at the time of ordering, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. You can pay via one of the payment methods offered during checkout. NF Nutraceuticals aims to make online payments as secure and efficient as possible.
Note: Payment methods are provided by external service providers and may be subject to specific terms and additional fees. We recommend reading these conditions carefully before confirming your order. Only the payment methods we offer are accepted.
An order will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
In the event of non-payment, late payment, or any other payment issue, all outstanding amounts become immediately due. NF Nutraceuticals reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend deliveries until all amounts due are paid in full.
Availability
Delivery is subject to stock availability.
In accordance with distance selling regulations, NF Nutraceuticals BV will fulfill orders within 30 days. If this is not possible (e.g., due to a product being out of stock or no longer available), or in case of an abnormal delay, you will be notified no later than one month after placing the order. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the order at no cost and without the need for formal notice.
Unless proven otherwise, NF Nutraceuticals BV is considered to have fulfilled its delivery obligation once the ordered products have been offered to the buyer. For home delivery, the carrier’s report — indicating refusal of acceptance — shall serve as conclusive evidence of the delivery attempt.
NF Nutraceuticals strives to ensure the availability of the dietary supplements offered. However, it may happen that certain products are (temporarily) unavailable despite your order. In such cases, NF Nutraceuticals reserves the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, the full purchase amount will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of payment.
Delivery
Delivery Areas and Methods
When placing an order, you can specify the delivery address. For future orders, this address can always be changed in your personal account area after logging in.
Each order is delivered to the address you provided, provided it is located in a country where we deliver. The list of delivery countries is available at checkout.
Deliveries are carried out by an external postal or courier service.
NF Nutraceuticals retains full ownership of the products until full payment is received. The risk is transferred at the same time as ownership.
Delivery Times
An indicative shipping timeframe is displayed for each product in the store based on current stock. Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it as soon as possible and you will receive an email confirming the shipment.
We aim for fast delivery, but actual delivery times may vary depending on the country, selected payment method, or product availability.
Orders are generally shipped within five (5) working days after payment is received. Once your order is picked up by the postal or courier service, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package online.
For Belgium and the Netherlands, you will generally receive your order the next business day after shipment. For other European countries, delivery may take 3 to 7 working days.
Deliveries take place on weekdays (excluding public holidays). A signature is required upon receipt. If the first delivery attempt fails, the parcel will either be reattempted or delivered to a nearby pickup point.
If delivery fails after two attempts and/or the package is not collected within fourteen (14) days, it will be returned to NF Nutraceuticals. We will then contact you for further instructions.
In any case, supplements are normally delivered within thirty (30) days of order confirmation. A delivery delay does not automatically entitle you to cancellation or compensation. If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible with the available delivery estimate.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is returned to NF Nutraceuticals due to our fault (e.g. encoding error) or due to a courier error (e.g. technical failure), we will inform you via email. In this case, your parcel will be resent free of charge as soon as possible. Please note that delivery times may be extended.
If your parcel is returned due to your own negligence (e.g. an invalid delivery address or failure to collect), we will contact you by email or phone.
In such cases, redelivery costs will be charged to you.
We will do our best to resend your parcel promptly, but delivery may again be delayed.
If the parcel is returned and we are unable to reach you or you fail to respond within fourteen (14) days, the order will be considered delivered with no right to refund.
Damaged Package
The customer is required to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt.
If any damage is found, it must be reported to NF Nutraceuticals BV in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and before returning the products. Please include relevant proof such as photos.
NF Nutraceuticals will then provide a return label. Returns in this case are free of charge. They must be completed within fourteen (14) days after notification, in the original packaging.
If the products are used after damage is observed, the right to claim is forfeited.
If the complaint is accepted, NF Nutraceuticals will at its discretion:
- Replace the damaged products free of charge, or
- Reach a written agreement with the customer regarding compensation.
NF Nutraceuticals’ liability is limited to the invoice value of the damaged products.
Returns may extend delivery times.
Lost Package
If your package goes missing, we recommend contacting the courier service as soon as possible. If you receive no or an unsatisfactory response, you must notify NF Nutraceuticals in writing within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date.
If the courier can prove delivery, no refund or reshipment can be claimed.
Otherwise, you are entitled to either:
- A full refund of the paid products and shipping costs, or
- A free reshipment of the lost products.
Please note that reshipment may extend delivery times.
Non-Conformity of Delivered Products
The buyer must inspect the delivered products upon receipt.
If the delivery is incomplete, the buyer must notify NF Nutraceuticals BV in writing within fourteen (14) days. NF Nutraceuticals will complete the delivery free of charge within fourteen (14) days of notification. If completion is not possible, the buyer will be refunded for the missing items.
If the delivered products are incorrect or defective, the buyer must report the issues in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery, before returning the goods. Please include proof, such as photos.
NF Nutraceuticals will provide a return label. The return is free of charge. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days in their original packaging and in new condition.
If the products have been used, damaged, encumbered, or resold after identifying the defects, the right to claim and return is forfeited.
After receipt of the returned products, NF Nutraceuticals will, within fourteen (14) days:
- Either deliver correct replacement products free of charge,
- Or, if replacement is not possible, refund the amount paid for the products concerned.
Delivery Liability
NF Nutraceuticals BV excludes all liability for other forms of damages, including:
- Any additional compensation in any form,
- Compensation for indirect or consequential damages,
- Loss of profit.
NF Nutraceuticals BV is not liable for damages caused by deliberate intent or equivalent gross negligence on the part of the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
If the purchase qualifies as a consumer sale, the buyer has a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days without justification.
This period starts upon delivery of the ordered products.
If the goods are not returned within this time, the sale becomes final.
The buyer must notify NF Nutraceuticals BV in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery of their intent to return the goods.
Returns are at the buyer's expense and risk.
The buyer must provide proof of timely return, e.g., a postal receipt.
Returns must be made:
- In the original, undamaged packaging,
- In unused, sealed condition.
If products are used, damaged, or altered, the right of withdrawal lapses.
NF Nutraceuticals BV will refund the full amount within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return, if conditions are met.
Retention of Title
All products sold by NF Nutraceuticals BV remain its property until:
- The buyer has fulfilled all contractual obligations,
- Including penalties, interest, and costs.
The buyer grants NF Nutraceuticals or its agent access to retrieve these goods if necessary.
In case of third-party seizure or claim, the buyer must inform NF Nutraceuticals immediately.
Intellectual Property
The customer acknowledges that NF Nutraceuticals exclusively owns all applicable intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.) concerning:
- All Website elements,
- All elements in the ordering process.
NF Nutraceuticals also exclusively owns the name, trade name, logo, and brand "Supplentia".
The customer agrees not to claim any rights to the above.
The General Terms of Use form an integral part of these GTCS.
Data Protection
The customer guarantees that all data provided to NF Nutraceuticals is accurate and complete.
NF Nutraceuticals processes personal data in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),

Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All images and descriptions (including compositions and indications) are for illustration purposes only.
The buyer is responsible for checking whether the supplements suit their individual needs, including in case of:
- Allergies,
- Health conditions,
- Interactions with medication.
Supplements are not medicines and are no substitute for a healthy diet or medical treatment.
NF Nutraceuticals acts as a distributor, not the manufacturer, and cannot be held liable for:
- Non-conformity,
- Poor quality,
- Hidden defects.
Use is at the buyer’s own risk. The buyer indemnifies NF Nutraceuticals from any direct or indirect liability.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, whether or not foreseeable.
The affected party must notify the other and take reasonable steps to mitigate the disruption.
If the situation lasts more than sixty (60) days, either party may:
- Suspend the agreement, or
- Terminate it without compensation.
Miscellaneous Provisions
The failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
If a provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in force. The invalid clause will be replaced with one that approximates its economic intent.
In case of conflict between translations, the Dutch version prevails.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Breda, unless mandatory provisions dictate otherwise.
The Parties shall attempt to reach an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
