Ordering via supplentia.com is quick and easy, but if you prefer, you can also place your order in another way:

Payment

All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT. If you’re ordering from outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply.

You can pay via PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, we’ll ship your order once we’ve received your payment.

Delivery

Once your payment has been received, we’ll start preparing your order. You’ll receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

In Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery usually takes place the next working day. For other European countries, delivery takes around 2 to 7 working days.

Availability is indicated per product. That way, you’ll know what to expect:

Out of stock? Shipped within 5 working days
Your cart shows the total delivery time based on availability
By default, we ship everything together when all items are available

Returns

Not fully satisfied? No worries. You can return your order or part of it within 14 days after delivery, no explanation needed. Just send us a quick email at info@supplentia.com within that period, we’ll work it out together.

Please return the items in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. Return shipping is normally at your own cost.
